Nestled in the heart of Cruz Bay, St John Provisions has been serving locals and visitors alike since 2017. What started as a neighborhood stop has become a familiar gathering place for locals, seasonal residents, and visitors finding their way around St John.
From freshly baked pastries and bagels to handcrafted coffee, breakfast favorites, smoothies, and lunch, everything we serve is prepared with care using quality ingredients. We believe great food and great coffee bring people together, and we’re proud to be part of the St John community.

Breakfast
Doughnuts, bagels, and croissants are crafted fresh each day. Our menu also features the sausage egg biscuit, which is highlighted in Elin Hilderbrand’s Paradise Series, a favorite among NY Times bestselling authors. Hilderbrand, known as the Queen of beach reads, has written a trilogy specifically for St John.
Coffee
Great mornings begin with great coffee. We are proud to serve coffee roasted by our sister company, Heroes Coffee Company. From classic drip coffee and handcrafted espresso drinks to smooth cold brew and signature lattes, every cup is brewed with care and designed to help you savor the moment.

Lunch
Freshly made wraps and sandwiches on house-made breads are prepared early, ready for you to grab on your way to the beach. Our Turkey Havarti on house-made focaccia is a standout favorite.

Since opening in 2017, St John Provisions has been a place where locals and visitors alike can gather over great coffee and fresh food. What began as a vision to serve the St. John community has grown into a welcoming island staple known for quality, hospitality, and island charm.
Today, under the ownership of Amy and Tim Ferguson, Provisions continues that tradition while embracing a new chapter. Together with our sister company, Heroes Coffee Company, we’re committed to serving exceptional coffee, freshly prepared food, and genuine hospitality, one guest at a time.
